Nick Di Paolo from stand-up to sitcoms
Born in 1962 Nicholas Rocco “Nick” Di Paolo hails from Boston and is a stand-up comic, radio personality, actor and more recently, podcast host. Although hailing from Boston Nick Di Paolo found the streets and clubs of New York the perfect training ground for his funny, sarcastic and often reckless social commentary on life. Di Paolo made his comedy name on TV with appearances that range from The Tonight Show to Jimmy Kimmel Live and Late Night with David Letterman to Late Night with Conan O'Brien along with three self-scripted stand-up specials on Comedy Central and appearances on Comedy Central Roasts. He also wrote, performed and produced Raw Nerve which premiered on Showtime TV in 2011.
The talents of Nick Di Paolo extend beyond stand-up routines and comedy specials. Acting roles have included the films Tomorrow Night, Artie Lange's Beer League and his latest role in 2017's The Comedian. TV credits include Inside Amy Schumer, The Sopranos, Cop Show and the highly praised Horace and Pete. He plays the building superintendent in Louis C.
