Chicago White Sox Schedule – see the historic Major League Baseball team
Founded way back in 1901, the Chicago White Sox won two pre-war World Series titles before adding a third nearly a century later. You can both buy and sell Chicago White Sox schedule tickets on StubHub.
No less than three World Series titles
The Chicago White Sox have competed in the American League Central division since their formation at the turn of the 20th Century. Rivals of fellow Windy City team the Chicago Cubs, the franchise emerged victorious at the 1906 World Series and thanks to the likes of Eddie Collins, Eddie Cicotte and Shoeless Joe Jackson won a second 11 years later. Nicknamed the Sox, the South Siders and the Pale Hose, the team picked up their first AL pennant in their very first season and have since added a further five to their tally alongside three Central and two West Division titles. In 2005 the likes of Jermaine Dye, Mark Buehrle and Paul Konerko enjoyed World Series glory under coach Ozzie Guillén, the first Latino manager ever to achieve such a feat. From South Side Park to Guaranteed Rate Field
After spending their first ten years in existence at South Side Park, the Chicago White Sox then made Comiskey Park their permanent home. After changing its name to the U.S. Cellular Field at the turn of the century, it was then rebranded again in 2015 as Guaranteed Rate Field. The 41,000-capacity stadium has also welcomed the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Chance the Rapper and The Rolling Stones over the years. However, it’s as a Major League Baseball venue that it truly thrives. Those who have pulled on the iconic black, white and silver kit in recent years include Jose Abreu, Reynaldo López and Carlos Rodón, while Robin Ventura and Rick Renteria have served as coaches. Alongside all the on-field play, fans should also expect to see the team’s famous mascot SouthPaw and hear adopted anthems such as "Let’s Go Go Go White Sox" and "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye".
